i think it's well established that i am hopeless in the kitchen and therefore have no idea how it was actually prepared. it looked steamed or poached to me. very simply done. the fact that they are able to cook like this in a kitchen the size of my bathroom is in itself amazing.
it was one of the sweetest things i have ever eaten.

no garlic, but several sides to choose from: lemons, amazing guacamole, mayonnaise and some mysterious things that I forgot to taste.
i was intent on eating as much of the crab as i could without appearing to be a pig. no, i don't think i was very successful with that last part.
