Proving that you can't be too stupid to work for DHS, he was sitting at his computer, chatting up the "14 year old girl" even as the police knocked on his door.

I won't be surprised when they add some wording to the Patriot Act making this activity legal for DHS hunting for "terrorists". This guy will probably make the argument that he was trying to catch other pedophiles.
